Homa--Sacred Fire Ritual

The sacred fire ritual called Homa has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years. Vedic sages use the combination of Sanskrit mantras, Divine invocations, offerings, and the energy of the sacred fire itself to create an atmosphere of very high vibrations. The overall effect culminates in powerful purifications of everyone who attends the homa.

It is believed that the smoke produced from the fire contains the powerful healing energies of Divine Grace. This sacred smoke purifies and clears all negativity from the energy fields of those attending the sacred fire, as well as the surrounding environment.

Just sitting close to the homa's fire has an immediate effect on the participants by activating their chakras and raising kundalini through Divine cosmic energy.

Consciousness is clearly affected through the ceremony of these ancient, homa fires, and miracles have been accredited to it.

These days you don't have to go all the way to India to experience the purifying and healing benefits of this sacred rite. You can attend a homa online. Read more here.

Below is a photo of a homa I attended in 2004 beneath four huge mango trees at Sri Amma Bhagavan's Oneness University in southern India.
